I just scheduled my study session for my group fit x. There are no directions on how to sign in or what to do once you schedule it. Am I missing something?

Once logged in, from the left nav bar, click “Select a Session” – the user may view upcoming sessions and register themselves for a MULTITRAINING LIVE™ session, provided that there are sufficient seats left in a session.
