Teleexercise Resistance Training - Bent Over Row

In the video description of the exercise the instructor does not tell you the action of the shoulder and elbow joint in the concentric and eccentric phases of the exercise. In all the other videos the instructor starts by saying which muscles will be trained by the exercise and through which mode of action. This video does not do that. It is a question on the quiz.

When referring to joint actions, we typically describe all movements during the concentric phase of the movement unless otherwise stated.  As stated in the post above, I do not have access to see the actual video until tomorrow.  Without watching it and assuming that the elbows are tight by the exercisers side, the joint action of the shoulder during the bent over row is Shoulder Extension (concentric).  The joint action of the elbow is Elbow Flexion (concentric).

The answer is flexion and extention.  I also watched the video 4-5 times listening for the answer, which they do not state.  But, process of elimination!h
