The guidelines for children and exercise states 30-60 minutes of activity 6-7 days a week to reduce obesity. Isn't this a little much? Adult guidelines aren't for 7 days a week.
Maybe this is "physical activity" and not just exercise? So washing a car or mopping the floor counts as part of the 30-60 minutes? But of course there would need to be more "exercise" at a moderate intensity to really reduce weight.
