I am having a hard time finding the training range recomended, using the maximal heart rate for a 36 year old man with a resting heart rate of 70 beats per minute.I think the range should be 55-85 % , but it is coming up incorrect on my quiz! HELP!
I am not sure of the question that you are referring to but I will do my best to assist you.
The maximal heart rate training range is between 64-94% while on the other hand the training range using Heart Rate Reserve, which incorporates the client's resting heart rate, is 40-85%.
