How can I get a copy of the study manual?

I thought it would be shipped to me when I enrolled in the course. I can only find downloads to certain pages. No place to download the entire book.

My name is Ryan and I am one of the online instructors.  Thank you for your question, I am more than happy to help!

The course comes with the required content needed in order to successfully pass the course.  The course itself does not include the the book "Personal Fitness Trainer: Theory and Practice" but rather excerpts from it.  The book can be purchased separately.  Although the book is an excellent resource to have, it is not necessary to take and pass this course.
