Maximal mal Heart Rate range for Training?

I am having a hard time finding the training range recomended, using the maximal heart rate for a 36 year old man with a resting heart rate of 70 beats per minute.I think the range should be 55-85 % , but it is coming up incorrect on my quiz! HELP!
